About the Role

The Senior Software Engineer will play a key role in designing and developing secure, automated, and scalable hospital data integration processes. This role involves close collaboration with hospital IT teams to improve data-sharing workflows, ensuring that clinicians have timely access to critical treatment insights.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in data-rich environments, a strong foundation in Java or Kotlin, and expertise in cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize secure, scalable hospital data integration processes.
• Work closely with hospital IT teams to improve data-sharing workflows and ensure seamless connectivity.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated system updates.
• Standardize and automate data extraction processes to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for efficient cloud deployment.
• Contribute to the long-term scalability and security of the hospital integration framework.
• Align technical solutions with clinical needs, working alongside healthcare professionals and data specialists.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in software development, preferably in data-intensive environments.
• Strong programming skills in Java or Kotlin (or similar backend languages).
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform) and CI/CD best practices.
• Familiarity with Python and MySQL is a plus.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
