Your Role as a Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in building infrastructure and automating processes to support hospital integration. This role goes beyond coding—you’ll be developing solutions that directly impact healthcare decisions. Working in an interdisciplinary environment, you’ll create efficient, data-driven solutions to deliver timely insights that help clinicians access critical information quickly and effectively.

• Collaborate with hospital development teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant data extraction processes.
• Assist hospitals in optimizing their internal systems for seamless data sharing with the team.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent and reliable system updates.
• Standardize data integration processes across hospitals to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for scalable hospital integration, aligning with broader goals and compliance requirements.

🦾 What You'll Bring to the table:

• ✅ 6+ years of experience in software development, ideally in data-rich environments.
• ✅ Proficiency in Java or Kotlin (or similar languages), with significant experience in cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Python and MySQL experience is a plus.
• ✅ A strong foundation in software development principles, including version control and writing efficient, high-quality code.
• ✅ Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• ✅ A genuine interest in using technology to make an impact in healthcare; prior experience in the healthcare sector is beneficial but not required.
• ✅ A self-driven, collaborative mindset, capable of navigating complex environments and effectively working with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
