What We’re Looking For:

The role of Senior DevOps Engineer involves taking responsibility for building and maintaining infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring the platform remains secure, scalable, and high-performing. This position will work closely with engineering, security, and product teams to optimize operations, support rapid growth, and deliver a seamless experience to users.

🚀 What you'll be doing:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC.
• Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of production and staging environments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) with tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to detect and address issues proactively.
• Optimize system performance and usage patterns for efficiency.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
• Collaborate with development teams for seamless feature integration and deployment.
• Support and troubleshoot production and development environments.
• Collaborate with security teams to enforce best practices and protect customer data.
• Perform regular security assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Document infrastructure designs, processes, and procedures.
• Share knowledge with team members through training and documentation.
• Continuously improve operational practices and policies.

🦾 What you'll bring to the table:

• ✅ Expertise in AWS and cloud infrastructure management.
• ✅ Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
• ✅ Proficiency with automation and configuration management tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
• ✅ Skilled in scripting (Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
• ✅ Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• ✅ Proven experience in DevOps, SRE, or a similar role.
• ✅ Strong understanding of networking, security best practices, and system administration.
• ✅ Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Splunk).
