The Role

• Develop, implement, and optimise automation solutions using RPA and AI tools.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and success teams to ensure smooth deployment and maximum efficiency.
• Spot new ways to enhance existing processes and propose innovative automation ideas.
• Act as an ambassador for automation technology, showing customers how software robots can improve their workflows.

Who Would Be a Great Fit?

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• A strong problem solver who enjoys breaking down complex challenges into clear, automated solutions.
• Comfortable with tools like Zapier, Power Query, and n8n, or eager to learn.
• Curious, analytical, and able to think creatively when solving problems.
• Customer-focused, with a natural ability to listen, ask the right questions, and understand real business needs.
