As a Senior Quant, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing algorithmic trading strategies for the highly dynamic and fast-paced cryptocurrency markets. 🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

• Build Advanced Strategies: Design, develop, and optimize algorithmic trading strategies across multiple cryptocurrency pairs.
• Use Machine Learning: Apply ML and statistical models to identify alpha-generating opportunities, forecast price movements, and develop market-making strategies.
• Backtesting & Risk Analysis: Validate and optimize strategies using backtesting frameworks, Monte Carlo simulations, and real-world performance metrics.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on market behavior, asset correlation, and trading patterns to uncover actionable insights.
• Risk Management: Develop models to monitor portfolio risk, optimize position sizing, and ensure strategies align with established parameters.
• Data-Driven Innovation: Leverage big data tools and machine learning to analyze large datasets and improve trading outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the trading desk, leadership, and engineering teams to align strategies with business goals.
• Continuous Optimization: Ensure trading systems and algorithms are fast, efficient, and profitable by constantly refining execution.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with advancements in quantitative finance, crypto markets, and relevant technologies, sharing insights to keep the team ahead of the curve.

💡 What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Experience: At least 5–7 years in quantitative research, algorithmic trading, or a related field, with a proven track record of deploying successful models.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of financial mathematics, statistical modeling, time-series analysis, and machine learning techniques.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java, with experience in libraries like Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Advanced Techniques: Hands-on experience with stochastic processes, Monte Carlo simulations, and options pricing models.
• Crypto Knowledge: Experience in cryptocurrency markets or financial trading is a significant advantage.
• Big Data Tools: Familiarity with SQL, Hadoop, Spark, or cloud platforms like AWS/GCP is a plus.
• Education: A Master’s or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
• Communication: Strong ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
