Job Description: Facilitator (Netherlands)

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

• Deliver engaging training sessions, both virtually and in person, tailored to diverse audiences.
• Foster an inclusive and interactive learning environment that encourages active participation.
• Ensure training tools and materials are prepared and functional for each session.

Event Coordination

• Manage the logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and material preparation.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom) and resolve technical challenges as needed.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align training content with organizational needs.

Continuous Improvement

• Collect and analyze participant feedback to enhance future training programs.
• Work with internal teams to update and improve training content based on trends and insights.
• Contribute to the development of innovative approaches to training delivery.

Participant Engagement

• Conduct follow-up sessions, provide coaching, and share additional materials to reinforce learning.
• Incorporate interactive elements, such as polls and breakout rooms, to boost engagement.
• Ensure professional standards in virtual and in-person presentation settings.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in training and facilitation, ideally in corporate environments.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom) and tools.
• Familiarity with regional cultural contexts and compliance standards.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.

Preferred:

• A bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Certification in training or facilitation (e.g., ATD, CPTD).
• Experience in tech or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Expertise in content creation for e-learning platforms.
