The Role

• Lead a small, high-performing engineering team, supporting their growth and development.
• Contribute to the technical direction while remaining hands-on with coding, pull requests, and system architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers and architects to develop smart enforcement solutions that scale globally.
• Drive best practices in microservices, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure smooth deployments and maintain software reliability.
• Support hiring and onboarding new engineers as the team expands.
