One of our clients, a forward-thinking tech company in Amsterdam, is looking for a Customer Success Manager/Business Analyst to join their team. They’ve built an incredible platform that helps businesses streamline their workflows, and now they need someone who’s great with people and processes to help their clients succeed. Who They Are

This is a tech company that’s been quietly making a big impact since 2009. Their platform is already used by some heavy hitters—enterprise clients, government agencies, and even the Dutch government.

They’re a team of 40 people, so you won’t get lost in the shuffle, but they’re working on projects with serious clout. Their mission is to keep pushing the limits of what’s possible, building tools that their clients genuinely love to use.

What’s the Role?

This role is all about helping clients get the most out of the platform. You’ll:

• 
  
  • Understand workflows: Work with clients to understand how they do things now and where they can improve.
• Tailor solutions: Customize the platform to fit each client’s needs. No one-size-fits-all here.
• 
  
  • Build relationships: Be the trusted point of contact, making sure clients are happy and supported every step of the way.

You’ll need to think strategically, problem-solve quickly, and always be ready to step in when a client needs guidance.

Who They’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Fluency in Dutch (this is a must—you’ll be working with Dutch-speaking clients).
• Experience working with clients to understand their needs and solve problems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with workflow tools or tech platforms before, but the right attitude and mindset are more important than anything else.
