Our Story
Th@t was born
2013
Our founder Chris started That Recruitment Company from his bedroom with nothing but a dog, a phone, a computer, and a drive to do recruitment better.
Time to grow
2014
We hired our first employee, Sam, and things got a lot more official. Th@t even had to move out of Chris’s bedroom once and for all, for everyone's sake.
New markets, new people
2016
We expanded our reach into Amsterdam and Berlin and had to hire more great people to help us do it, because we wanted to do it better than anyone else.
Moving on up
2019
We kept gaining traction and got to help some of the most cutting-edge technology companies and startups in Europe build awesome teams of people.
A big year
2021
We moved into a new space with plenty of room to grow, and cemented ourselves as the best recruiter in Amsterdam. Someone else said it first, honestly!
Setting records
2022
We smashed our targets and grew to our biggest headcount ever. Big milestones too – over 600 candidates placed with over 400 clients. And we’ve got big dreams for the future.
